Unique Customer Experience
The assignment is to create a new hotel concept in Amsterdam. The concept is to buy several boathouses located on the canals of Amsterdam. The major factor for success here is to create a competitive advantage which is not easy in Amsterdam coz the market is full and saturated. Therefore we need to offer something special and unique. You will not start from scratch. I have already submitted a paper but my supervisor said it was not up to standards. It needed to be structured and more practical suggestions/plans. I have also done some readings combined many writings about creating differentiation and the unique customer experience in the hotel industry and will upload this too so you can use it.
