History of Present Illness: 39-year-old female presented with c/o irregular menstrual periods which have been more painful than before. She reports that for the past year she probably has had a total of 4 periods. Last Menstrual cycle was 2 months ago. She also reports that her hair is more thick and coarse, and she has noted increased hair growth around her nipples, in her underarms and has even noted some increased hair on her arms and legs.
