Employment Discrimination

We will begin the Ain’t No Trust book this week.  For your discussion board post, answer the following questions in a minimum of 250 words before the cover page and reference page.1. Write an analysis/reflection on one of the barriers women face that is addressed in the Ain’t No Trust book.  Some examples include, but are not limited to, childcare, prejudice and discrimination in the workplace, accusations of stealing or misconduct, and inflexible work schedules.  Explain what the barrier is, how it affects women in the workplace or on welfare, and any potential solutions you can ascertain from the readings.
