Crimes Against Humanity

This paper is about Crimes Against Humanity and its relationship to international law, specifically focus on Genocide. Although this paper is still a research paper, it should veer away from just summarizing information. Instead develop a thesis on what genocide is and what factors drive a country to resort to genocide and its status in international law.  Questions/food for thought- Why does genocide happen? What is it? Examples in history and how they were prosecuted? Nuremberg trials ? Are certain groups scapegoats for country’s failures? Precedents for trials?
